Ruskaretki yliopistokeskuksen opiskelijoille ja henkilökunnalle / UCS nature day students and staff

Tervetuloa kanssamme ruskaretkelle lauantaina 10.10. klo 11–14 tunnelmalliselle Sirius-kodalle, Kyrkösjärven rannalle.

Päivän ohjelmassa:

• Retki lähialueen luontopoluille
• Nokipannukahvit ja letut kodan nuotiolla
• Rentoa yhdessäoloa kodan lämpimässä tunnelmassa

Tapahtuma on tarkoitettu Seinäjoen yliopistokeskuksessa opiskeleville tutkinto-opiskelijoille sekä yliopistokeskuksessa työskentelevälle henkilöstölle. Ilmoittautumisessa huomioidaan ensisijaisesti opiskelijat, mutta mikäli paikkoja jää vapaaksi, myös yliopistokeskuksen henkilökunta voi ilmoittautua mukaan. Tapahtumaan voi tuoda myös omia perheenjäseniä (puolison tai lapset). Huomioithan kuitenkin, että alaikäiset ovat tapahtuman aikana huoltajiensa vastuulla.

Ilmoittautuminen:
Ilmoittaudu tapahtumaan oheisen Forms-lomakkeen kautta 2.10.2026 mennessä. Pyydämme ilmoittamaan mahdolliset erityisruokavaliot ja allergiat ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä. Huomioi, että ilmoittautuminen on sitova ja paikat täytetään ilmoittautumisjärjestyksessä.  Osallistuminen on maksutonta ja tarvitset mukaan ainoastaan ulkoiluun sopivat varusteet. Welcome to enjoy a memorable Autumn nature day trip (Ruska-retki) with us
on Saturday, October 10 from 11:00 to 14:00 at the cozy Sirius Kota by Lake Kyrkösjärvi.

Day’s activities:

• Outdoor activities: Hiking along nearby nature trails
• Campfire coffee and pancakes at the kota fireplace
• Relaxed time together in the warm and inviting atmosphere of the kota*

To whom:
The event is primarily intended for degree students studying at the Seinäjoki University Consortium. If there are available spots, staff members working at the Consortium are also welcome to register. You may bring your close family members (spouse or children) to the event. Please note that minors are under the responsibility of their guardians throughout the event.

Registration:
Register via the attached Forms link by October 2nd, 2026. Please indicate any special dietary requirements or allergies when registering. Note that registration is binding and places will be filled in the order of registration. Participation is free of charge. You only need to bring clothing suitable for outdoor activities.

* Kota is a traditional conical or hexagonal hut used by people across Finland as a temporary wilderness camp or gathering space.
