MATSI

MATSI is an interactive learning platform where simulation, teamwork, and AI help develop strategic decision-making, leadership, and business management skills through realistic organizational scenarios.
MATSI (Management Team Simulation) is an interactive simulation platform that explores how management teams develop decision-making, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills through realistic business scenarios. It combines simulation-based learning, gamification, and AI-supported decision support to provide an engaging environment where participants can experiment with business strategies, reflect on their decisions, and learn from the resulting outcomes in a risk-free setting.
The platform focuses on the educational and organizational value of experiential learning by enabling participants to work as management teams, discuss strategic challenges, make collective decisions, and observe their impact on key business dimensions such as growth, focus, cash, and workload. AI extends the learning experience by acting as a competing team, generating decision scenarios, options, and related score dimensions based on the context of the simulation and supporting the creation of realistic, company-specific scenarios through document-based context.
MATSI aims to bridge the gap between theoretical management education and practical decision-making by providing an interactive environment that supports leadership development, teamwork, and strategic learning. The project investigates how simulation, human collaboration, and AI-assisted decision support can be combined to create more effective learning experiences for organizations and startups.
