There are direct flights to Vaasa from Helsinki and Stockholm. Finnair, Blue 1, Golden Air and Finncomm Airlines are operating from Vaasa. Vaasa Airport is 73 km from Seinäjoki. There are both train and bus connections from Vaasa to Seinäjoki.
There are several train connections daily between Helsinki and Seinäjoki. You can travel from the city center to the city center in a two and half hours. The train types are Intercity and Pendolino.
