The official language of the conference is English. South South Ostrobothnia is a Finnish-speaking region, but English is widely spoken.

Host region and city

NORSA 2010 conference will be held in City of Seinäjoki in South Ostrobothnia which is situated in the province of Western Finland. The region is well known for its entrepreneurship and the exceptionally large number of small and medium size enterprises. Seinäjoki, with current population of 56,000, is the capital of the South Ostrobothnia province. Seinäjoki is one of the fastest growing urban centres in Finland. Seinäjoki is known for the architecture of Alvar Aalto, the Tangomarkkinat Tango Festival and the Provinssi-rock festival, which will be held the weekend before the conference.
